Highland’s prayer ministry exists for the purpose of surrendering ourselves to God, strengthening ourselves in God’s Word and shining the light of God’s love to Moore and beyond.

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”Philippians 4:6-7

We want to know about your prayer needs and join you in taking them to the Lord. Please Contact Us to submit your prayer requests, needs or praises so that we can include your request in our intercessory prayer ministry.

Thanks for visiting and may the Lord bless you and your family!

  • Prayer for my daughter Karen Rackley
Karen is sick at home with respiratory issues and stomach issues. Just diagnosed with diabetes. She is supposed to start a new job on 14th of Sept. but that will be on hold till she gets to test for covid on Wed. Her lungs are congested. Just had a work week where about 40 patients were processed to move to other facilities since her job is closing. Thanks. Pam
  • Please pray for my family
Dad has been experiencing extreme fatigue. He has been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis which puts him at risk for COVID. The fatigue is unrelated, and they believe it may be something to do with his blood - lots of testing going on.

Praise Report

  • I went to the office for the first time since COVID began this past Wednesday. I misunderstood a question asked of me, and went in. I contacted my boss and HR. I was told by HR to talk to my manager. I thought I might be dismissed. (Isn’t Satan the deceiver.?!) My manager told me to go home.

I was in a daze thinking the worst. Oh yea of little faith. After I was home for a bit, my manager lovingly called me up to see how I was doing. She assured me that just because I was sent home, that I would not lose my job over it. She explained that my team has many, many things to be done online behind the scenes and that I can remain working from home.

I am GIVEN THE CHOICE to continue to serve at the Moore Faith Medical Clinic where I know that God called me to serve. That I will need to continue the at home protocol for 14 days after serving at the clinic before I can come in to the office so not to expose anyone to potential COVID. (I may never go back as I serve the clinic weekly.)

Wasn’t I needlessly fearful? Wasn’t Our Father always in control! Praising His name always and thanking those prayer warriors I called upon then to say a special prayer for my peace, and God’s guidance. We must all remember that we must stand for what the Father gives us to do in those special times. I did know that, had I lost my job, I would have been guided where He was leading me next.

    Thank You, Jesus. Amen

    Gratefully, Humbly,

    Donna Ledlow
